1. FR-4 sheet is an epoxy board with high mechanical and dielectric properties, good heat resistance and moisture resistance, and good machinability.

2. The aluminum substrate is a metal-based copper clad laminate with good heat dissipation function. Generally, the single panel is composed of a three-layer structure, which is a circuit layer (copper foil), an insulating layer and a metal base layer. Aluminum substrates are commonly used in LED lighting products. There are two sides on the front and back sides.
